These Silver beads were hand made in the remote mountains of Thailand using centuries-old traditional methods.  They contain a higher percentage of silver than Sterling (95% to 99% purity) that makes them much softer than sterling and brighter, but slower to tarnish.  Since each bead is created individually by hand, there will be slight variances in size and shape from one bead to another.  There is also a seam which is the hallmark of handmade or benchmade beads.
