These beads are easy to crimp and can be rounded off using a crimper tool. They can be used to secure the start and finish of the strand and give your designs a more professional appearance. Crimp beads are used to secure the ends of jewelry wire so that a loop is created for attaching a clasp. Thread your wire through the crimp bead, around the clasp loop, back through the crimp bead and draw the beading wire taut. Then pinch the crimp bead flat with needle nose pliers or create a more rounded look using crimp pliers.
