Returns & Refunds
If not satisfied, you may return your purchase to Earth Mother Crafts within ten (10) days of delivery for a full refund of merchandise price. Return shipping costs will also be refunded only in the event of an error in product listing and/or merchandise sent. Please note that we are unable to offer backorders or exchange items since the majority of the products offered are unique and one-of-a-kind.
**FOR YOUR SAFETY all returned items should be sent via traceable means of shipment (UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to insure that your return shipment arrives. We can not issue refunds for items not received. Return labels will be included with your invoice and shipment for your convenience.
Upon receiving your delivery, we recommend that you check the merchandise against your invoice to insure that all items are included before opening or dismantling your sealed packages. We cannot accept returns on certain items including:
• Any item that is not in its original packaging, condition or has been damaged.
• Any item that is postmarked more than ten (10) days after confirmed delivery date.
• Any item that is not returned in the full quantity received.
• Any clothing or footwear article that has been worn, soiled, stretched or damaged.
**ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT must be returned to the original courier for inspection, including all original packaging, to be eligible for your insurance reimbursement. Please notify Earth Mother Crafts immediately if your item is lost or arrives damaged so that we may assist you with the refund process. For more information, please visit USPS Insurance Claims.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we can not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and will be unable to return the merchandise to you. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund of your original Paypal payment within 5 business days of receiving your package. Return shipping fees will NOT be included in the refund amount unless pre-authorized or there has been some error on the merchant's part.
