CZECH JABLONEX™ and PRECIOSA ORNELA™ are traditional glass seed beads with smaller holes and thicker walls. Although not as uniform as Japanese seed beads, they are best known for their traditional smooth, rounded shape and wide range of colors. Preferred for bead embroidery, traditional Native American beadwork as well as artifact repair and reproduction. Jablonex™ seed beads are  no longer being manufactured and, since the early 2000's, have been replaced entirely by the Preciosa Ornela™ brand.
