** Standard sized bugles are thin, averaging 1.5mm to 2mm in diameter, and work best with seed beads sized 11/0 or smaller. Hex cut bugle beads have six sides for extra sparkle when reflecting light. These discontinued glass beads where manufactured in the 1960's and are no longer being produced.
