Premium pressed glass novelty MOON FACE disc/coin beads from the CZECH REPUBLIC.  Transparent Frost with rainbow A/B (aurora borealis) on one side and matte (frosted) finish on the other.  Beads measure approximately 10mm in diameter and are 5mm thick. 1mm holes run straight through the center, top to bottom. They are also double-sided, same face on both sides.
