About the Artist: Turtle Heart, a member of the Ojibway tribe, lives and works in the Mojave Desert in Southern California. He creates both sculptures and digital art, often using photos of his sculptures as the basis for digital paintings. He is deeply concerned with maintaining the cultural integrity of his own people as well as those of other indigenous Native American tribes.
This is a lead-free pewter frame. The picture is a design called "Collaboration" that is encased in resin. The back contains the artist's stamp. Pendant measures approximately 1" wide by 1.5" high. Includes 20" of black 2mm cotton cord that can be cut and sized to your preferred length. Comes packaged with a story card that includes the artist's bio and description of the piece. Vintage. Circa 1990's.
