Home décor border stencils by Stencil Ease® helps turn ordinary walls into something extraordinary with these pre-cut and reusable matte stencils. Simply apply stencil to area using stencil tape or stencil spray adhesive then sponge on color using specially designed stencil paints. Color separated stencil plates are transparent and contain register marks for easy alignment. Border may be used horizontally or vertically. Easy to wash and reuse. Suitable for walls, ceiling borders, chair rails, window accents, base boards, floors, fabrics, curtains, quilts, scrapbook pages and many other decorative uses.
