BAT is the only mammal that flies. It is a highly social animal in tune with the vibrations of its world and dependant on its keen senses to move safely through the darkness. They are very nurturing, exhibiting verbal communication, touching, and sensitivity to members of their group.

Within shamanistic belief and ritual, the Bat is often regarded as a powerful symbol of intuition, dreaming and vision. Its "night-sight" represents the ability to see through illusion or ambiguity and dive straight to the truth of matters.

Through Bat, we can learn the importance of using all of our senses to remain in tune with the vibrations of others and the universe around us. Bat shows us how to safely navigate through all of life's fears and obstacles... even during our most darkest hours.
